This meeting is designed for physicians, surgeons, pediatricians, immunologists, PhD and medical students and transplant professionals* who are interested in the clinical and research aspects for solid organ transplantation. A variety of formats are planned that will encourage the exchange of new scientific and clinical information and support interchange of opinions, regarding care and management issues, as well as socioeconomic, ethical, and regulatory issues relevant to organ transplantation.
*Transplant Professionals include any non-physician involved in transplantation such as nurses, coordinators, organ procurement personnel, psychosocial, lab techs, research assistants and pharmacists.
