Please note that your personal data in Neptun will be reflected on your diploma.
It only takes a one-letter typo to get your postgraduate studies stalled or failed.
A duplicate diploma requires a permission, takes a long time to obtain and has to be paid for.
In addition to your personal details, it is also very important that your mother’s maiden name is entered correctly.
Make sure your mother’s birth name is in Neptune, not her married name.
This information is required for medical registration.
If the information is incorrect, they will not be able to give you a registration number.

About Graduation Ceremony
It is usually held on the last Saturday in June (date may change).
Usual Place:
Papp László Budapest Sportaréna (location may change)

On the Ceremony formal attire (Black robe, white gloves) is required, please wear white gloves when you shake hands with the Rector and the Deans.
Place of picking up the robe/cap: NET Building, Hallgatói Önkormányzat Diákcentruma, Nagyvárad tér 4. 1st floor.
You need to pay deposit for the robe, that is refunded when returning the robe and cap undamaged and in time.
There some cost for cleaning service, that is not refundable (cost of robe’s cleaning, the buttons’s replacement).
White gloves are available at the same time (not refundable, you can keep the gloves).
In case the time is not convenient, a friend/classmate/can take it for you.
