Compulsory practice I., II. – for 5th year students
- Please note that only those are eligible to start 5th year and the Compulsory Practice I. who have fulfilled the prerequisites!
Prerequisites for: a) Compulsory practice I. : passing all finals of 8th semester
b) Compulsory practice II. : Compulsory practice I. - Subject registration periods:
– (in Fall semester) Compulsory Practice I. – between 10th to 14th July – (in Spring semester) Compulsory Practice II. – spring registration period. - Please note that it is obligatory to do the Compulsory Practice II. in Hungary. In this matter please contact Dr. Mária Hajdú at hajdu.maria@semmelweis.hu.
- Documents to submit: Acceptance Letter, Attendance Sheet, Qualification Sheet, Riport.
Compulsory practice I. (2 Months, 40 hours/week):

Completing the practice abroad or in Hungary
STEP 1
you have to organize it on your own, after that you have to inform Dr. Mária Hajdú via e-mail hajdu.maria@pharma.semmelweis-univ.hu about the practical place (name, address, telephone number or email address))
STEP 2
The acceptance letter has to be filled out by the pharmacy before your practice and a scanned version has to be sent to us by email: pharma.student@semmelweis-univ.hu before you start your Compulsory I-II. practices!
STEP 3
after you completed the requirements, an acceptance letter and a certification sheet has to be filled out by the Pharmacy and it has to be submitted at the Directorate or be sent by e-mail to pharma.student@semmelweis-univ.hu until 30th September at the latest.
The forms (acceptance letter and certificate) are valid and acceptable only with the stamp/seal of the pharmacy and the signature of the pharmacist in charge.

STEP 4
The acceptance letter, the attendace, qualification sheet and the report written by you (necessary depending on the practice you’re completing, see details below) have to be submitted to us by email: pharma.student@semmelweis-univ.hu within 5 working days after the end of the placement.
Compulsory practice II. (4 Months, 40 hours/week):
