Our online Open Days offer you the perfect and free opportunity to get in-depth information about Semmelweis University’s English and German language BSc and MSc programs, gain first-hand impressions on studying at Semmelweis University and living in Budapest, Hungary, one of the most beautiful and vibrant capitals in Europe.
In addition to the January online Open Day, a “Campus Tour” is going to be available in February. During this tour, you will have the opportunity to tour the university buildings.

Immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Budapest life and university studies through the eyes of Semmelweis students. An inspiring city and an exceptional university await you!
Focus on the faculties:
- A short film and Q&A session where you can find out what life is like as a dental student.
- Get an insight into medical training and university life through a studio interview.
- A short film and interactive discussion on the study of pharmacy and the beauty of the profession.
- A short film and Q&A session for those interested in health sciences and special education courses.
Student life – “Why Semmelweis?”:
See the Freshers’ Camp highlights and find out what you can expect as a freshman. Join a student-led forum where your future mates will answer all your questions honestly about time spent studying, life at university, or just the challenges you face every day.

Campus Tour – 11th on February 2025
If, in addition to the online Open Day, you would like to explore the faculty’s student spaces in person, take a peek at an exciting course or tour the dormitory. You are welcome to join us on the Campus Tour 11th on February 2025. During the event, current students will give you a tour and answer any questions you may have.
