Integrated Management System

The university’s Quality Management System (QMS or ‘MIR’ in Hungarian) is a set of institution-wide, conscious and organised activities for the continuous improvement of its professional objectives and effective functioning. Its focus is on meeting the needs of direct and indirect partners, in particular students, external employers, clients of research and other services, including the national and international scientific community.

The quality management system covers all the health care activities of the University and all its employees in the health care service. It operates its quality assurance and quality development activities taking into account the needs and expectations of its direct and indirect partners / stakeholders.
The university defines its quality management system based on the strategic objectives of higher education. The University declares its commitment to operate a comprehensive quality management system.

The Integrated Management System (IIR) of the University has been developed in accordance with the requirements of several international and Hungarian standards. Ensures more effective and efficient achievement and use of goals, processes and resources, increases staff and partner satisfaction.

Scope

ISO 9001
Graduate and postgraduate education, management of educational activities. Scientific research and development activity. Inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic and related expert activities. Health visitor activity related to inpatient care. University, faculty, management, economic and technical support processes.

Hungarian Health Care Standards
Inpatient and outpatient care, diagnostic activity. Health visitor activity related to inpatient care. Health services expert activity, as well as health management and background processes.

ISO 50001
Graduate and postgraduate education, human health services, scientific research and innovation activities, management and support processes.
