COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

INTENDED AUDIENCE
This course is designed for pathologists, pulmonologists, residents, fellows, and other clinicians with an interest in pulmonary pathology.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:

  • Review the diagnostic criteria for tumors of the lung.
  • Identify current guidelines for appropriate test utilization.
  • Review the diagnostic criteria for interstitial lung diseases.
  • Recognize the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis of thoracic diseases.
