Successful proposals may receive up to EUR 25,000 in funding, with selected projects starting on December 1, 2025. The application deadline is September 25, 2025, and each proposal must involve collaboration between at least four EUniWell member universities.
The Seed Funding Programme is one of EUniWell’s flagship initiatives, providing financial and institutional support to kickstart long-term, impactful projects that contribute to the mission of improving well-being in academic and societal contexts. Proposals that align with the alliance’s strategic objectives and Thematic Arenas (Health and Well-Being, Social Equality, Sustainability, Culture, and Teacher Education) are strongly encouraged.
Priority will be given to proposals that:
- Demonstrate long-term sustainability
- Deliver innovative educational, research, or societal impact
- Involve active student participation
- Align with EUniWell’s thematic focus areas
Why Apply?
The Seed Funding Programme offers more than financial support – it provides participants with the chance to develop their ideas in an international academic environment, build lasting professional networks, and gain practical experience in collaborative, interdisciplinary project work.
Selected projects benefit from visibility across the EUniWell network and beyond, contributing to professional development and providing a solid foundation for future international cooperation.
