The closing conference of the ShowUp4Health project will take place on 10 November 2026.
Throughout the project, innovative approaches and methods have been developed and tested to improve access to healthcare for disadvantaged and vulnerable groups, with a particular focus on strengthening cooperation between health and social care services.
The conference will provide an opportunity to share the project’s key results and practical experiences, including lessons learned from the pilot programs. It will also explore the challenges and opportunities of collaboration between health and social care services, as well as cooperation at the international and policy levels.
We hope that these experiences will be useful for professionals and organizations interested in introducing, adapting, or testing similar approaches in their own settings.
