Registration and Selection Process:
  1. EMSA Executive Board reserves the right to make the decisions on acceptance according to the internal rules and the event contract.
  2. For EWE registrations, there will not be a set participant limit per FMO.
  3. While accepting the participants, the Board aims for a balance between motivation, previous experience, application time, and providing equal opportunity to countries to participate.
  4. Previous event experience of the applicants will be taken into account, but we are also aiming for keeping a balance between newcomers and experienced members, so that motivated newcomers will have the chance to join.
  5. Participants will be admitted by rolling basis (we will not wait until the end of the registration period, instead we will analyze and select participants for several times in the period).
  6. Participants will be informed of and pay the early or late registration fees according to the time and available spots when they have applied
  7. Applications will be evaluated on a case basis, but if there is a high demand from one or few countries, we will try to distribute the spots in a way that allows the most countries to attend at the same time, since EWE is one of our official European Meetings.
  8. The participants who have received their acceptance letters are required to submit their participation fee in 10 days from their acceptance, otherwise they will lose their spot and discounted fee allocation (if they are originally accepted as early registration) even if they apply and get accepted again.
EMSA European Board and Organizing Committee of EMSA Yeditepe are working hard to provide the best experience, with fruitful debates, activities, social program and much more! For more information, please wait for the welcome package which will be sent out by our hardworking OC in a few hours!
