A Semmelweis Egyetem Hallgatói Önkormányzat Alapszabálya alapján az ÁOK HÖK részönkormányzati elnök választása a mai nappal kiírásra került.
A választás jelölő időszaka 2017. március 29. 08:00 órától – 2017. április 4. 16:00 óráig tart.
A választáson való indulás feltétele a pályázati kiírásnak megfelelő pályázat benyújtása.
A beérkezett pályázatok elfogadásáról, vagy el nem fogadásáról a Választási Bizottság dönt.
A pályázatnak tartalmaznia kell:
- jelentkezési lapot, (letölthető itt),
- a 2016/2017-os tanév II. szemeszterére vonatkozó, 15 napnál nem régebben kiállított aktív hallgatói jogviszonyról szóló igazolást,
- önéletrajzot,
- motivációs levelet,
- a HÖK Alapszabályának 49. § szerinti kitöltött nyilatkozatot (letölthető itt),
- a jelölt karán aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező hallgatók 2 %-nak az írásbeli ajánlását. ( 91 fő)
- választási programtervet, továbbá nyilatkozatot, miszerint tisztségviselői ideje – az SE HÖK-ben tisztségviselőként töltött időt egybeszámítva – nem éri el a 4 évet.
- a pályázónak a pályázat minden lapját saját kezű aláírásával kell ellátnia.
Az ÁOK részönkormányzati elnökének minden olyan, a Semmelweis Egyetem Általános Orvostudományi Karán aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező hallgató választható, aki a jelentkezési határidőn belül érvényes pályázatot nyújtott be.
A részönkormányzati elnököt a jelöltek közül, az SE ÁOK HÖK részönkormányzati Választmánya választja. Az elnökválasztó ülés leghamarabb 2017. április 12-ére hívható össze.
Az ajánlásokat kizárólag az SE HÖK pecsétjével ellátott ajánlásgyűjtő ív segítéségével lehet összegyűjteni. Kiemelten fontos, hogy az ajánlást adó személye megállapítható legyen!
Az ajánlásgyűjtő ív átvehető a Hallgató Centrum Gazdasági irodájában 08:00 – 16:00 óra között (cím: 1089 Budapest, Nagyvárad tér 4.).
A pályázatok leadási határideje a jelölő időszak vége, 2017. április 4. 16:00 óra.
A pályázatok személyesen vagy megbízott útján a Hallgatói Centrum 3-as számú irodájában lehet leadni a jelölő időszak alatt. Amennyiben megbízott útján történik a pályázat leadása, úgy a pályázathoz mellékelni kell a teljes bizonyító erejű magánokiratba foglalt meghatalmazást.

Dear Students!
Based on he Constitution of the Semmelweis University Students’ Union the election of the ÁOK HÖK Faculty president is proposed.
The nomination period is from 29th of March 2017. 8 am, until 4th of April 2017. 4 pm.
Participation in the election is conditioned on the submission of an application meeting the requirements of the call for applications.
Decisions on the acceptance or disapproval of the received applications shall be made by the Election Committee.
Any application needs to include:
- registration form, (download here),
- certificate of active student status for the second term of the academic year of 2016/2017, which is not older than 15 days,
- resume (curriculum vitae),
- letter of motivation,
- statement based on the 49.§ of the Constitution (download here),
- commendation from at least 2% of the students having the right to vote at the candidate’s Faculty. (91 persons)
- presidential program, furthermore a statement, which declares that the time, in which the nominator was an office-holder of the HÖK did not reached 4 year.
- The applicant is required to attach his or her signature to each page of the application.
At Semmelweis University, to positions as ÁOK HÖK President any such student with active student status at the Medical Faculty may be elected who submits a valid application until the deadline of registration.
The ÁOK Faculty HÖK General Assembly is going to elect the president from the nominates. This meeting can be convened on 12th of April, 2017. earliest.
Commendations may be collected solely with the use of the commendation forms affixed with the stamp of the Students’ Union. Please pay attention to making the person having given the commendation identifiable! The commendation forms can be collected at Marketing Office of the Students’ Center (office number 3.) between 8 am. and 4 pm. (address: 1089 Budapest, Nagyvárad tér 4.).
Deadline for the submission of applications is the end of the nomination period, 4 pm on 4th of April 2017.
Application have to be submitted in person at Marketing Office of the Students’ Center (office number 3.). Applications may as well be submitted by way of authorized agents, yet in this case the application should be appended with a letter of authorization in the form of a fully conclusive private deed.
