About the project
The fundamental aim of the project is to provide and strengthen primary care and basic social services in disadvantaged regions especially for people with deprived or dependent health status (children, elder people, socially marginalised people) through the realization of practice communities.
The main priorities of the project are the following: fulfilment of vacant primary care practices, offering more and improved preventive services, enabling equal access to quality care, expanding the scope/range of primary care services, improving IT background as well as accomplishing epidemiological research and analysis from the data generated in the practices.
The Project is supported by a grant from Switzerland through the Swiss Contribution.
