It is my pleasure to invite all of you to attend the AMEE Conference 2018 to be held from 25th to 29th of August in Basel, Switzerland. The theme of this year’s conference is “Educating the Future Health Care Professional and the roles of the teacher”.
What is the AMEE Conference?
The AMEE Conference is established as the key meeting for all involved in medical and healthcare professions education including teachers, educationists, researchers, administrators and students. The conference provides an opportunity to network with others with similar interests, to hear and discuss the views of acknowledged experts and to take part in workshops and courses. Each AMEE conference attracts over 3200 delegates!
How much is the registration fee?
There are 4 options for the registration fees for students.
For AMEE members

Early Registration Fee (until 25th of May): 335€

Late Registration Fee (after 25th of May): 385€
For non AMEE members

Early Registration Fee (until 25th of May): 360€

You will also get the chance to take part in the social program organized by the AMEE Student Task Force, a group of international students volunteering in the AMEE Conference and coordinated by EMSA and IFMSA representatives.

What role will I have there as an EMSA member?
Unfortunately, this year we don’t have any extra benefits for EMSA members. However, I would kindly appreciate if you would let me know through an email if you will register for the AMEE Conference as individuals. For the people that will notify me, we can organize a preparation OLM and get you in contact with other EMSA mebers attending the conference.
