András Pető Faculty of Semmelweis University can provide supervision for 25 children for the staff of the institution during the current emergency period of the epidemiological situation. The service is available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and includes free meals.

The current epidemiological situation is placing an even heavier burden on healthcare workers than usual. The leadership of the university aim at helping them, as well as other employees with small children, who in many cases are unable to solve the supervision of their child. Therefore, until the end of the emergency period, the university provides supervision of 25 kindergarden children or children under the age of 14 (in the case of disabled children, children above the age of 14 are welcome, too) on weekdays in the Kindergarden of András Pető Faculty (1125 Budapest, Kútvölgyi út 8.).

Childcare is available on weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and includes free meals (ten o’clock, lunch, snacks) as well as the opportunity for online learning with the help of a conductor. Children are supervised in group rooms for 5 people, with separate bathrooms, and hygienic conditions are provided. Disabled children and children with multiple disabilities are also welcome, in which case the transportation can be arranged with the help of the Directorate of Services, if necessary.

The organizational tasks related to childcare are performed by Andrea Orbán, nursing development coordinator (Tel: + 36-20-670-1409, E-mail: orban.andrea2@semmelweis-univ.hu).
