26 June – Arrival and briefing in the afternoon
27–29 June – Conference. Students will be able to depart from 5pm on Friday afternoon.
The Student Task Force will be issued with task force t-shirts and will be asked to manage the following tasks:
- Room Monitors – This will include session time keeping, Q&A microphone management, attendance management i.e. scanning badges, speaker handout management. This will allow students to be present during sessions to take advantage of the content, without paying a delegate fee.
- Cloakroom Assistance
- Event App support
- General delegate direction help
A Student Task Force Attendance Certificate will be issued to all members of the Student Task Force.
Worldspan will arrange economy class transport and accommodation for the students. €20 per student per day expenses will be issued for evening meals. Catering will be provided for in terms of normal conference delegate catering.
