Dear IFMSA members,

We would like to inform you of selection of International Assistants and Program Coordinators in the second call, as well as opening the third call for positions which are not filled out yet.

As a clarification from our side, in the last email regarding the timeline, it stated that the decision will be made on the 7th of October. According to IFMSA Constitution and Bylaws, Program Coordinators need to be appointed during an EB Meeting, and this date was the date of the EB Meeting. After the appointment, we have internal processes of raising red flags in the TO. This is also the deadline TO members had to share the final selection. Thus the reason why the results of the second call and the third call are shared now. We apologize if it caused any confusion and we include here an announcement deadline to clarify. Rest assured all deadlines were accomplished in due time by the TO and the process for the third call continues without any alterations.

Third Call for ITs and PCs:

We are proud to present to you the third call for ITs and PCs for 2017/18 .

The documents needed for submission are:

  • Filled out Candidature Form, signed and stamped by the NMO President 

  • Filled out Technical Data Card

  • Motivation Letter (no more than 1 page long)

  • Plan of Action (no more than 2 pages long)

  • CV (adapted to the position)

  • Passport-size picture for publication purposes

Important note:

  • The deadline for applications is the 16th of October at 23:59 GMT. No late applications will be taken into the account.

  • Applicants must ensure that the subject of their email contains the code corresponding to the position they are applying for. All the information about the codes can be found in the call.

  • Please make sure that the length of ML and PoA is corresponding to the one stated in the call, otherwise it would be deemed invalid.

  • We urge you to send the applications at least 2 days before the deadline if you would like us to give you feedback on the validity.

Timeline:

  • Deadline for applicants of the 3rd call: 16/10/2017

  • List of applicants shared with the NMOs: 18/10/2017

  • Deadline for NMOs to provide their input: 25/10/2017

  • Selection of ITs and PCs from the third call: 28/10/2017

  • Selection of applicants shared with the NMOs: 29/10/2017
