The aim of the establishment of the Center for Pharmacology and Drug Research & Development is to increase the efficient use of resources in the field of education, to increase the research output in the field of pharmacology (publication activity, diversification of RDI services, number of intellectual creations), also to strengthen the cooperation and cohesion of the departments operating at the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Center follows the principle of network operation.

The Center’s tasks:

Harmonisation of educational tasks

  • Graduate curriculum integration, based on curriculum and competency grid
  • Harmonisation of postgraduate courses, PhD courses and professional trainings

Research collaborations support

  • Identifying synergies
  • Core facilitation design, development and promotion support
  • Support for patents/market developments
