The Semmelweis Sciences and Business Salon is Semmelweis University’s elite scientific forum, which provides the chance to meet the thoughts, ideas, and intellectual realm of the exemplary researchers and scholars of our University, our nation, and the wider globe.
The Salon allows the scholars and talented young researchers receiving awards, distinctions, or leadership appointments to introduce themselves in an exceptional intellectual environment.
Nearly 30 lectures have been held within the Researchers’ Salon’s framework since its commencement on March 6, 2012.
The theme of the February Science and Business Salon was “Recent progress in rheumatology”.
The keynote speaker was Georg Schett, Professor of Rheumatology, Vice President for Research at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and Head of the Department of Internal Medicine III.
