Az eredeti kiírásban foglalt határidőket a Választási Bizottság december 19-én a 2/2017.(XII.19.) SE HÖK VB. számú határozatával módosította.
A Semmelweis Egyetem Hallgatói Önkormányzat Alapszabálya alapján a HÖK tisztújító választásai a mai nappal kiírásra kerülnek.
Az SE HÖK tisztújító választásának keretein belül sor kerül az SE HÖK Küldöttgyűlés tagjainak, az SE HÖK Elnökének, az SE HÖK részönkormányzati Választmányok tagjainak, az SE HÖK részönkormányzati Elnökeinek, továbbá az SE HÖK Kollégiumi Albizottságok tagjainak megválasztására.
Valamennyi választás jelölő időszaka 2017. december 13. 08:00 órától – 2017. január 9. 16:00 óráig tart. A választáson való indulás feltétele a pályázati kiírásnak, és a HÖK Alapszabályában foglaltaknak megfelelő pályázat benyújtása. A beérkezett pályázatok elfogadásáról, vagy el nem fogadásáról a Választási Bizottság dönt.
Valamennyi jelöltség esetében a pályázatnak tartalmaznia kell:
- jelentkezési lapot,
HÖK elnök,
részönkormányzati elnök,
Küldöttgyűlési tag,
részönkormányzati Választmányi tag,
Kollégiumi Albizottsági tag) - a 2017/2018-as tanév I. szemeszterére vonatkozó, 15 napnál nem régebben kiállított aktív hallgatói jogviszonyról szóló igazolást,
- önéletrajzot,
- motivációs levelet,
- a HÖK Alapszabályának 43. § szerinti kitöltött nyilatkozatot,
- részönkormányzati Választmányi tagi, valamint részönkormányzati elnöki jelöltség esetén, a jelölt karán aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező hallgatók 2 %-nak az írásbeli ajánlását. (ÁOK: 91 fő, EKK: 12 fő, ETK: 72 fő, FOK: 18 fő, GYTK: 16 fő, PAK: 6 fő)
- küldöttgyűlési tagi, és HÖK elnöki jelöltség esetén az egyetemen aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező hallgatók 2 %-nak az írásbeli ajánlását. (220 fő)
- a Kollégiumi Albizottsági tagi jelöltség esetén, az adott kollégium lakóinak 2%-nak az írásbeli ajánlását. (Balassa: 8 fő, Bókay-Kátai: 5 fő, Markusovszky: 7 fő, Pető: 2 fő, Selye: 2 fő)
- HÖK elnöki, valamint részönkormányzati elnöki pozícióra való jelöltség esetén választási programterv, továbbá nyilatkozatot, miszerint tisztségviselői ideje – az SE HÖK-ben tisztségviselőként töltött időt egybeszámítva – nem éri el a 4 évet.
- A pályázónak a pályázat minden lapját saját kezű aláírásával kell ellátnia.
Az SE HÖK Küldöttgyűlési tagjának, valamint az SE HÖK elnökének minden olyan, a Semmelweis Egyetemen aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező hallgató választható, aki a jelentkezési határidőn belül érvényes pályázatot nyújt be.
Az SE HÖK részönkormányzati Választmányi tagnak, valamint az SE HÖK részönkormányzati elnökének minden olyan, a Semmelweis Egyetemen a részönkormányzatnak megfelelő Karán aktív hallgatói jogviszonnyal rendelkező hallgató választható, aki a jelentkezési határidőn belül érvényes pályázatot nyújt be.
Az SE HÖK Kollégiumi Albizottsági tagnak minden olyan az adott kollégiumban lakó hallgatói választható, aki a jelentkezési határidőn belül érvényes pályázatot nyújt be.
Az ajánlásokat kizárólag az SE HÖK pecsétjével ellátott ajánlásgyűjtő ív segítéségével lehet összegyűjteni. Kiemelten fontos, hogy az ajánlást adó személye megállapítható legyen! Az ajánlásgyűjtő ív igényelhető, és átvehető a Hallgató Centrum Gazdasági irodájában munkanapokon 08:00 – 16:00 óra között. (cím: 1089 Budapest, Nagyvárad tér 4.).
Az SE HÖK Küldöttgyűlési tagjelölés esetén minden hallgató legfeljebb az elnyerhető mandátumok számának megfelelő számú jelöltnek, vagyis 22 főnek adhat támogató aláírást.
Az SE HÖK részönkormányzati Választmányi tagi választásán minden hallgató legfeljebb az SE HÖK adott részönkormányzati Választmányban elnyerhető mandátumok számának megfelelő számú jelöltnek adhat támogató aláírást. (így: ÁOK: 23 fő, EKK: 10 fő, ETK: 10 fő, FOK: 15 fő, GYTK: 15 fő, PAK: 10 fő)
A pályázatok leadási határideje a jelölő időszak vége, 2018. január 9. 16:00 óra.
A pályázatok személyesen vagy meghatalmazott útján a Hallgatói Centrum 3-as számú irodájában lehet leadni a jelölő időszak alatt munkanapokon 08:00 és 16.00 között. Amennyiben meghatalmazott útján történik a pályázat leadása, úgy a pályázathoz mellékelni kell a teljes bizonyító erejű magánokiratba foglalt meghatalmazást.
A közvetlen szavazás tervezetten 2018. január 19-én kezdődik. Szavazatot leadni az egyetem NEPTUN rendszerén keresztül lehet.

Dear Students!
The deadlines of the original proposal was modified by the Election Comittee on the 19th of december, with the No. 2/2017.(XII.19.) SE HÖK VB. decision.
Based on he Constitution of the Semmelweis University Students’ Union the elections are proposed.
During the elections take place the election of the General Assembly members, the election of the the HÖK President, the election of the HÖK Faculty Presidents, the election of the HÖK Faculty General Assembly members, and the election of the Dormitory Subcomittee members.
The nomination period is from 13th of December 2017. 8 am, until 9 of January 2018. 4 pm.
Participation in the election is conditioned on the submission of an application meeting the requirements of the call for applications. Decisions on the acceptance or disapproval of the received applications shall be made by the Election Committee.
Any application needs to include:
- registration form,

General Assembly
Faculty General Assembly
Faculty president
Dormitory Subcomittee)
- certificate of active student status for the first term of the academic year of 2017/2018, which is not older than 15 days,
- curriculum vitae,
- letter of motivation,
- statement based on the 43.§ of the Constitution
- In case of the nomination of HÖK Faculty General Assembly member, and Faculty HÖK President, a written letter of commendation from at least 2% of the students having the right to vote at the candidate’s Faculty. (ÁOK: 91 fő, EKK: 12 fő, ETK: 72 fő, FOK: 18 fő, GYTK: 16 fő, PAK: 6 fő)
- In case of the nomination of General Assembly member, or HÖK President a written letter of commendation from at least 2% of the students having the right to vote at the University. (212 persons)
- In case of the nomination of the Dormitory Subcomittee member a written letter of commendation from at least 2% of the sudents, who live in the particular Dormitory. (Balassa: 8 fő, Bókay-Kátai: 5 fő, Markusovszky: 7 fő, Pető: 2 fő, Selye: 2 fő)
- In case of the nomination of HÖK President, as well as HÖK Faculty President a presidential program, furthermore a statement, which declares that the time, in which the nominator was an office-holder of the HÖK did not reached 4 year.
- The applicant is required to attach his or her signature to each page of the application.
At Semmelweis University, to positions as members of the General Assembly, and as HÖK President any such student with active student status may be elected who submits a valid application until the deadline of registration.
At Semmelweis University, to positions as members of the HÖK Faculty General Assembly, and as HÖK Faculty President any such student with active student status at the specific Faculty may be elected who submits a valid application until the deadline of registration.
Az SE HÖK Kollégiumi Albizottsági tagnak minden olyan az adott kollégiumban lakó hallgatói választható, aki a jelentkezési határidőn belül érvényes pályázatot nyújt be.
At Semmelweis University to positions as members of the Dormitory Subcomittees any such student, who lives in the particular Dormitory may be elected who submits a valid application until the deadline of registration.
Commendations may be collected solely with the use of the commendation forms affixed with the stamp of the Students’ Union. Please pay attention to making the person having given the commendation identifiable! The commendation forms can be collected at Marketing Office of the Students’ Center (office number 3.) between 8 am. and 4 pm on working days. (address: 1089 Budapest, Nagyvárad tér 4.).
In case of the nomination of General Assembly member, each student may give the commendation in a number corresponding to the number of mandates of the General Assembly (22).
In case of the nomination of HÖK Faculty General Assembly member, each student may give the commendation in a number corresponding to the number of mandates that are granted at the HÖK Faculty General Assembly concerned.

Deadline for the submission of applications is the end of the nomination period, 4 pm on 9 of January 2017.
Application have to be submitted in person at Marketing Office of the Students’ Center (office number 3.) on working days between 8 am and 4 pm. Applications may as well be submitted by way of authorized agents, yet in this case the application should be appended with a letter of authorization in the form of a fully conclusive private deed.
The planned starting time of the voting is on the 19 of January 2018. The election will be arranged with the NEPTUN system.
