As the foreign exchange program comes to an end, what documents need to be collected during your stay abroad, and what steps must be completed after returning home to ensure all documentation is in order and the mobility is successfully closed?
1. Certificates
The following documents must be signed at the host institution and submitted to the Mobility Office upon returning home. If it is not possible to bring the original copies, please scan (do not photograph) and email them to the Mobility Office.
Certificate of Attendance
This certificate verifies the duration of the student’s participation in the exchange program, including start and end dates.
Transcript of Records (Proof of Completed Courses)
The Transcript of Records or the “After the Mobility” section of the Learning Agreement for Studies must be submitted to the Mobility Office within two weeks of returning home. Failure to provide complete documentation may result in a requirement to repay the scholarship. If delays occur due to circumstances beyond the student’s control, this must be reported to the Mobility Office in writing.
LEARNING AGREEMENT AFTER THE MOBILITY
Decision and Statement on Credit Recognition
The transcript of completed courses must be presented to the Clinic, or Institute to facilitate the recognition of courses previously approved by decision. If you have any questions, please contact your academic coordinator.!
Please also submit the decision or statement on credit recognition to the Mobility Office.
2. Completing the Survey (Pannónia Survey)
Upon returning, it is mandatory to complete the survey related to the scholarship. The link will be sent via email following the end date specified in the contract.
3. Writing a Report
Prepare a report detailing your experiences and insights abroad and send it to us by email so we can publish it on our website. Please ensure the report is signed before submission.
This will be invaluable for future outgoing students! We would also appreciate it if you could share photos, videos, blog posts, or any other content created during your mobility to make our website more engaging and inspire others to embark on this great adventure.
+1 Send Us a Postcard!
We collect postcards and would love to receive one from your destination!
