Applying for the ERASMUS programme
If you wish to apply to Semmelweis University as an ERASMUS student you should first contact the ERASMUS coordinator at your home university to nominate you. After we receive your nomination we will contact you directly.
Our application deadlines are the following every year:
- Autumn semester, or full academic year: May 30
- Spring semester: October 30
The application forms will be sent by our Online-system automatically.
We only accept our online applications. We will inform all applicants about our procedure following an official nomination from our partner institutes. You will be asked to complete your application using Semmelweis University’s online application service (SOP). The online system will also allow you to upload your application documents electronically.
After completing your online application, please send us your printed application form, learning agreement, lanuage certificate and transcript of records by mail.
*Please note: For medical students taking surgery, please bring white clothes (medical mantle, trousers/skirt, slippers) with you!
