The Election Officer has made the decision about the starting date of the voting period of the Assembly of Delegates’ election, and has drawn the order of the nominees’ names, as they will be written on the ballot. One appeal regarding an application’s rejection was received from a student, and accepted by the Secretary.
The voting period of the 2025 Assembly Election starts on 5th January, 2026, at 6:00 PM via Neptun’s UniPoll system.
Every active student currently enrolled in a non-postgraduate programme has one vote. Votes can be cast either by approving the proposed support priority list or by suggesting a different ranking list of nominees. To suggest a ranking, put the smallest integer (except 0) beside your most preferred nominee, and the highest integer (no higher than the number of candidates) beside the least preferred nominee. The ballot is valid if the voter has filled it out accordingly, and each number only appears once.
Pursuant to Article 89, Section (5) of the Election Regulations, a group of candidates who wish to be elected together may propose a ‘support priority list’ to students. This support priority list can be submitted as a joint statement to the Election Officer, signed by at least 6 candidates (over half of the seats allocated).

Voters who do not wish to vote for the proposed support priority list can rank candidates separately. The candidates will appear on the ballot in the following order:

There are 11 seats available during the current election of the Assembly of Delegates. Each member becomes an elector during the next presidential election. The validity of the mandates last until the official results of the second regular elections succeeding the current one are announced (except for the special cases detailed in the Election Regulations).

During the election process, the Election Officer will monitor the turnout, in order to make sure that the minimum participation rate criteria of 25%, as determined by Act CCIV of 2011 on National Higher Education, is met. The ending date of the election phase will be announced by the Election Officer no less than three days prior to the end of the elections.
