Update (June 6, 2023): LEÁNYVÁRI János submitted his resignation from the acquired mandate. Election Officer KREBS Máté modified the election results accordingly: 9 students won seats in the election. Pursuant to the amendment decision, the vacant seat must be announced at the next election in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes. The affected mandate will last until the following Assembly of Delegates election.
According to the decision of Election Officer KREBS Máté, the voting phase was ended on the 31st of May 2023. Following the counting, the results are ready (the decision and the steps of the counting is available here).
Considering the results of the 2022 elections, the mandates of the Assembly of Delegates will be filled up by the following students:

The newly elected members have also become presidential electors. The inaugural session of the Assembly of Delegates, where the newly elected members take their place, is expected in the coming weeks, which will also be a session to elect the President.
Pursuant to Article 93 of the Election Regulations, an appeal may be submitted against this decision. The appeal, accompanied by the supporting reasons and evidence, may be submitted by 15:00 on the third working day following the public disclosure of the decision, by submitting it in person to the Student Office, addressed to the Secretary of the SU Students’ Union or sent to the official e-mail address of the Secretary: hok.secretary@semmelweis.hu. Public disclosure shall be deemed to be public information sent to candidates through the NEPTUN system or information published on the Union website. In the absence of appeal, the decision, the election results or the part of the decision not subject to appeal shall become final after the expiry of the time limit.
