The Education Committee of the Students’ Union has assembled. Their most recent task is to preparing for the educational scholarship calculation this week, providing significant assistance to the Dean’s Offices. As a long-term plan, in collaboration with Semmelweis Alumni is to create a “job search” menu item on the website that provides support for newly graduated students. The members of the Education Committee are assisting the epidemiological measurements by monitoring students on each year.
The Faculty of General Medicine started the Mentoring Program, which successfully involved many students. There was also an educational discussion with the teachers of the Institute of Experimental Surgery, which was attended by Szabolcs Móri and Norbert Völcsei from HÖK. As the result of the fruitful meeting, the institute accepted all our suggestions and the Students’ Union will help out in the production of instructional videos.
The other faculties of the University are in the process of reviewing the received study applications, post-registrations and working on solving the issues regarding the locations of the exercises and lectures. We are continuously in touch with the institutes about the possible online lessons and e-learning.
From now for the sake of transparency you can registrate on our website for online consulting hours with the members of the Students’ Union. Under these circumstances, consulting hour will be held online through the Zoom system.
