The aim of staff mobility is to give higher education institution staff the opportunity to teach and participate in trainings abroad in order to

develop their professional skills

transfer knowledge and gain new practical skills

be immersed in new educational environments

learn about new and innovative approaches to teaching and curriculum development

to improve their digital competences

to work on joint projects with international partners

to share good practices and facilitate cooperation with other higher education institutions
Who can apply?
Teaching and non-teaching staff of a higher education institutions that are certified under the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education. To apply, you must be employed by Semmelweis University.
What can you apply for?

Short-term teaching activity in a partner institution abroad: 1-2 weeks

Participation of teaching staff in training at a partner institution abroad: minimum 2 days, maximum 1 week
-
Participation in a seminar, course or training organised by a foreign institution: minimum 2 days, maximum 1 week

Shadowing, study visit, observation in a higher education institution abroad: minimum 2 days, maximum 1 week

Available financial support
The available scholarships are made up of a living allowance and a travel allowance. The scholarship does not have to be accounted for and can be used freely for mobility.
