1. Call for Applications
Please read the complete call for applications, which details the application requirements.
2. Mobility Activity
Short-term study mobility may include participation in conferences, professional events, or academic competitions, provided that the participation actively contributes to the professional content or organization of the conference. This means that the student, for instance, delivers a presentation or leads a workshop during the conference. The activity must be related to the student’s studies, provide relevant and useful knowledge for their academic progress, and be recognized as part of their studies. Passive attendance, i.e., participation solely as an attendee, is not eligible for support.
As part of active participation in a conference, students may apply for support for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 30 days. They may take part in multiple mobility programs but must ensure that the total mobility period does not exceed 12 months per study cycle.
The study period abroad must form an integral part of the student’s academic program aimed at obtaining their degree. Mobility can only be realized if the activities performed abroad are recognized by the University and contribute to the student’s academic progress according to the regulations of the University’s academic policies.
3. Mobility Destination Countries and Grant Amounts
The scholarship amount available under this application depends on the length and type of the scholarship period and the host country. The grant may not fully cover the actual expenses incurred.

7. Appeal
If the student disagrees with their preliminary points (calculated differently or unclear), they may submit a written objection through the International Mobility Office to the Directorate of International Relations. The objection must include the necessary information to identify the application and the contested action or omission. The appeal will be reviewed by an ad hoc committee consisting of faculty coordinators and the head of the Directorate of International Relations, who will decide on the appeal within 5 working days.
If a successful applicant does not wish to utilize the awarded grant or participate in the program despite a successful application, they must immediately notify the Directorate of International Relations in writing. In such cases, the application decision becomes void.
