Erasmus+ grant
The Erasmus+ grant is a contribution to your travel and subsistence costs. This may vary according to differences in living costs in the countries of destination country.

Additional support
Green travel grant
Additional financial support is available if you choose the following green travel modes in the begining of your mobility from Budapest to your host insitution AND in end of your mobility from host institution to Budapest:
- train
- bus
- car sharing
Please mark in your grant agreement, if you are planning to use green travel mode. We will make a contact with you.

Call for applications, required documents guidelines and declaration forms can be found on ERASMUS+ website and the Call for Applications.
Applications should be submitted to the institutional Erasmus+ coordinator via email (erasmus@semmelweis.hu). Documents to be submitted:
- Completed individual application form, electronic version (.xlsx file, without signature)
- Completed individual application form, printed, signed and scanned (Please note that the original, signed application form should be brougth to the International Mobility Office)
- Copy of the supporting document according to the application criterion
Deadline for submission of applications:
28 April 2023 and 20 October 2023

Online Linguistic Support (OLS)
OLS helps Erasmus+ students to improve their language skills in the language they will be using during their study or traineeship mobility through online language courses.
Available language courses: Bulgarian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Maltese, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish.
Access to the language course will be provided by the Mobility Office after signing the Grant Agreement.
