Semmelweis University opens a call for young researchers to support participation in international conferences
The grant will cover the participation fee, accommodation, and travel costs for international scientific conferences to be held between 01.04.2023 and 31.07.2023.
Priority will be given to applications related to the theme of the Biosafety programme and for applicants having a first-authored oral or poster presentation.
Maximum 4 applications will be supported.
Applicants: PhD students, ESRs, and young post-docs of Semmelweis University.
How to apply: Applications must be submitted by sending the conference details (including costs), the abstract of the oral or poster presentation, or a maximum one-page motivation letter in case of participation without presentation to kotnyek.orsolya@semmelweis.hu.
Deadline for application: 24.03.2023.
Deadline for decision: 31.03.2023.
The language of the application is English.
Applicants will be notified of the outcome by email.
Successful applicants have to acknowledge funding from the BIOSAFETY project in their oral or poster presentations. The following sentence: “This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 807281 BIOSAFETY” has to be included in their poster or oral presentation, as well as the EU flag.
