On September 1, 2025, President Tamás Sulyok appointed Dr. Anikó Görbe, university lecturer and deputy director of operations at the Institute of Pharmacology and Pharmacotherapy at Semmelweis University’s Faculty of Medicine, as a university professor. The appointment is recorded in Decision 211/2025. (IX. 1.) KE, published in issue 100 of the Hungarian Gazette for 2025.
Dr. Anikó Görbe is a member of the institute’s management team and, as deputy director of operations and lecturer, plays a key role in the development of undergraduate, postgraduate and international training programs, as well as in providing professional support for day-to-day operations.
Her commitment to education and scientific work has been recognized nationally: she received the Apáczai Csere János Award in 2023 and the Hungarian Gold Cross of Merit in 2024.
