The Election Officer has examined the applications received for the 2025 election of the Delegates’ Assembly. Pursuant to the relevant sections of the Statutes of the Students’ Union, she made the following decision: 

The following students have submitted an application in accordance with the requirements and the Statutes, and therefore have been registered as candidates for the election of the Delegates’ Assembly:

The following student has submitted an inaccurate application, and therefore has not been registered as a candidate in the election of the Delegates’ Assembly:

  • NYIRÁDY Gréta Melitta (The student, in her statement in accordance with Article 24 of the Statutes, inaccurately described the role she was applying for. The application is therefore inadmissible.)

Pursuant to Paragraph 89, Section (5) of the Election Regulations, support priority lists that are based on a joint declaration of at least half of the registered candidates may be created. These proposed support priority lists shall be submitted to the Election Officer by the candidates no later than the day after the decision regarding their registration becomes final. Proposed support priority lists shall be numbered by the Election Officer based on the order in which they were submitted.
In order to process it as quickly as possible, candidates should send the support priority lists electronically to the hok.vk@semmelweis.hu e-mail address, even if it is submitted in paper format at the Students’ Office.

Legal remedies:

Pursuant to Paragraph 93 of the Election Regulations, an appeal may be submitted against this decision. The appeal, accompanied by the supporting reasons and evidence, may be submitted by 15:00 on the third workday following the public disclosure of the decision, by submitting it in person at the Students’ Office, addressed to the Secretary of the Students’ Union, or sent electronically to the official e-mail address of the Secretary: hok.secretary@semmelweis.hu. Public disclosure is defined as the publication of this decision via the NEPTUN system or on the Students’ Union’s website. In the absence of an appeal, the decision, as well as the part of the decision not subject to an appeal shall become final after the aforementioned deadline.

The deadline for appeals is 26 November, 2025, at 3:00 PM.

The Students’ Office is open for appeals between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on workdays. We recommend submitting appeals electronically to expediate their processing.

The voting period shall last at least 5 workdays. The voting period shall begin no earlier than on the 8th day after the end of the nomination period, and no later than on the 10th day after the date when the last decision regarding the registrations has become final. The Election Officer shall make a decision determining the beginning of the voting period no later than on the 2nd workday following the day on which the last decision regarding the registrations has become final.
