Regina Norma Nagy has successfully defended her PhD dissertation titled “Identification and validation of cardioprotective microRNAs in cellular models of ischemia/reperfusion injury.” In her research, she identified and validated microRNAs with potential cardioprotective roles in cellular models of ischemia/reperfusion injury affecting heart muscle cells. Her supervisor was Dr. Anikó Görbe, professor.
