In recognition of her outstanding professional work, the assistant professor of our institute, Dr. Zsófia Gulyás-Onódi, received the Rector’s Commendation award; the recognition was presented by Professor Béla Merkely Rector. The 206th anniversary of the birth of the namesake of Semmelweis University, Ignác Semmelweis, and the Hungarian Health Care Day were commemorated with a series of celebrations, wreath laying and greetings throughout the day.
