Dear Students,
The aim of the Emergency Medicine course is to introduce the structure, the operative work and the daily routine of an emergency unit. It provides insight into patient management including triage, stabilization, disposition and decision-making mechanisms influencing patient management.
By all means, have your clean white coat and stethoscope with you.
The primary location of the practice is the Semmelweis University Clinical Center Emergency Department. You can sign up for classes in advance in the Moodle system. 7 students are accepted at one time.
When you arrive at the ward, find your instructor.
