The Faculty’s Health Day was held on Saturday, October 18, attracting 153 enthusiastic participants. The event was opened by Dr. Andrea Zsebe, Dean of the Faculty, followed by an introduction of the programs by Dr. Zsuzsa Szilárd lecturer, responsible for student health promotion and the organizers. Guided by the motto “It’s the participation, not the victory, that matters”, students and staff took part in various activities including stair running, dancing, skipping challenges, crossminton, table tennis, and tug-of-war. Participants also had the opportunity to measure their body composition through InBody testing, supported by the Health Development Center. The day concluded with cheerful dances, laughter, and a true sense of community — a successful celebration of health, movement, and teamwork.
