Respect, trust, perseverance. The desire for continuous learning to become better in the application of pedagogical rehabilitation knowledge: this was the attitude that characterized our Szeklerland Professional Days at the end of May.
We were delighted to celebrate the 5th year anniversary of the availability of conductive pedagogy in Odorheiu Secuiesc: the Hungarian Government-funded conductive development projects enabled the pedagogical rehabilitation of nearly 1000 children and adults in 17 locations every year. Together with the Mayor of the city, we welcomed representatives of partner institutions.
Afterward, we visited the training site of our off-campus Conductive Pedagogy bachelor training programme in Illyefalva, near Sfântu Gheorghe, where we have been continuously starting new classes since 2018. The professional day, organised together with our local partner, was aimed at reaching out to doctors, teachers, rehabilitation professionals and decision-makers from all over Transylvania and to promote the conductor profession as widely as possible.
We are grateful for the organisers for their work and the enthusiasm of their active participants!
