Tasks and Competences

The first-instance body of the students of the Faculty of Dentistry, regardless of the language of the training, acting in examination and study matters, being responsible for:

  • enabling parallel training
  • authorizing an examination at times outside the examination period in particularly justified cases,
  • granting fair reductions,
  • transfer between departments or faculties,
  • permitting a change of specialization,
  • permitting guest student status,
  • authorizing student status,
  • decides on students’ curriculum applications,
  • decides on cases declaring the started semester as a passive semester subsequently,
  • its competence also extends to other duties specified in legislation, university and faculty regulations.
  • in the case of an appeal, compiles the case file for the Appeals Committee at second-instance,
  • provisions regarding applications.
