Tasks and Competences

Tasks of the University Ethics Committee

  • resolution of ethical issues within the University;
  • contributing to the enforcement of patients’ rights;
  • granting approval in exceptional cases of organ and tissue transplantation regulated by law;
  • Deciding on matters within the competence of the committee based on the University’s Organizational and Operational Rules and Regulations and Code of Ethics.
