Tasks and Competences

  • granting a reduced study program,
  • declaring the started semester as a passive semester subsequently,
  • permitting parallel and guest student status,
  • exam permission and allowing an examination in periods outside the examination period in particularly justified cases,
  • processing equity requests
  • transfer between departments / specializations or between faculties and institutions,
  • other study-matters,
  • other competences specified in other legislation within university and faculty regulations.

Any student or lecturer may apply to the Commission for legal remedy through the Career Office of the Studies and Student Center, or the head of the educational organizational unit if, in his opinion, a study matter has not been handled in accordance with the Rules of Procedure of the Faculty.
