The Senate of the Semmelweis University is entitled to set up and determine the duties of constant committees for exercising powers specified in laws or in university regulations, or for managing, supervising the performance of any tasks, or performing opinion-giving, proposing, decision-making and monitoring tasks.
The Senate shall specify duties, activities and powers of the committees and the composition of the committees with full university competence. The composition and the members of faculty committees are determined by the Faculty Counncil on the proposal of the Dean.
