Treadmill reservation
Incorporating regular exercise into our already busy lives is no small logistical and organizational challenge. The Family-Friendly University Program is trying to help with this by installing a treadmill in the renovated basement gym of the Central Administration Building (1085 Bp., Üllői út 26.), which employees can use by making a prior appointment.
- improves endurance,
- supports heart health,
- helps maintain a healthy weight,
- can help achieve a calorie deficit and thus lose weight.
Free online training
Regular physical exercise plays a key role in maintaining and improving our health, and the experts at the Health Development Center are now offering the opportunity to do so at home with exercise programs that anyone interested can access online via Zoom, Teams, or via video.
We recommend strength training specifically for those who want to get in shape and increase their strength and endurance. After a warm-up, the workouts consist of various exercises performed with your own body weight, without equipment, or with everyday tools you can find at home, and then we end the program with a joint stretch.
We can do a lot for active, healthy old age. Regular, joint-friendly exercise should become an important part of everyday life. During senior trainings, participants can exercise under the guidance of a professional and learn exercises that will move their entire body without excessive strain.
