This year for the very first time, under the auspices of the Semmelweis International Students’ Conference, the Semmelweis Students’ Scientific Association also oragnizes the first Dental Hands On Competition. For this competition, applications of foreign and hungarian students are welcomed. The members applying for this contest should be students, and active (with oral presentation) registered participants of the Semmelweis International Students’ Conference. Furthermore, they should be registered member of Semmeweis Students’ Scientific Association either of the Semmelweis University or one of the invited guest universities of the conference.
In this competiton a clinical situation will have to be solved. The competitors will have to make preparation and create a direct composite shell restoration in an upper first incisor tooth. The main criterias will be the anatomical, functional and esthetic precisions of the restorations. Deadline for applications for this contest is the same as for the abstract submisson deadline for the conference.
