The Ortho-Neuro-Miscellaneous Research Group consists of 4 third-year and 15 fourth-year students, supported by 4 scientific-methodological and 18 clinical supervisors. The group is active in a wide range of orthopedics and neurology topics—including knee, foot, and ankle surgery, consciousness research, developmental hip dysplasia, multiple sclerosis, middle ear surgery, and the diagnostics of wrist and hand diseases.

The students primarily conduct meta-analyses, but also participate in the development of clinical study protocols, registry analyses, questionnaire-based surveys, as well as ongoing clinical trials. This multidisciplinary structure creates a strong platform for cross-disciplinary research at the intersection of orthopedics, neurology, and related fields.
