- Medical exemption
First step is to upload the request to the Neptun between the 29 july – 11 august 2024
than step two is to upload the medical documentum to STEFI (www.stefi.semmelweis.hu) between the 29 july – 11 august 2024.
In order to make sure to stay within the deadline it is advisable to collect all the relevant documentation as soon as possible:
– if the condition is not permanent, it must not be older than 1 year,
– written in Hungarian or English, typed (not handwritten!),
– It should contain the student’s details, the doctor’s diagnosis, therapy (if any), the scope (full/partial) and duration of the exemption.

- The mid-year exemption
In the case of a specific injury or illness during the semester, only a certificate issued by SEK Ltd. will be accepted by the Sports Centre (where the student health insurance is valid). Please find attached the information note of SEK Ltd. https://www.semmelweiskft.hu/

- Exemption for sports players
The deadline for uploading all the documents is between between the 29 july – 11 august 2024, so it is advisable to collect all the documents as soon as possible. The following documents must be obtained and uploaded with the request (boot of nessecary date, stamp and signature):
– sports association certificate
