Medical exemption

  1. Step 1- Fill out the request form in the Neptun between the 17 august 2026 (8.a.m.) – 28 august 2026 (11.59 p.m)  

  2. Step two – Upload the medical documentum to STEFI (www.stefi.semmelweis.hu) between the 18 august 2026 – 29 august 2026.
    In order to make sure to stay within the deadline it is advisable to collect all the relevant documentation as soon as possible:

    • if the condition is not permanent, it must not be older than 1 year,
    • written in Hungarian or English, typed (not handwritten!),
    • it should contain the student’s details, the doctor’s diagnosis, therapy (if any), the scope (full/partial) and duration of the exemption.

  3. Consultatian period 19 august 2026 – 3 sept 2026. at the Doctors

Inadequate requests will be rejected! More information available on the STEFI website.

Please note that students with a medical exemption from P.E. I-IV must complete a sport-related test.

Exemption for SPORT PLAYERS

The deadline (in the neptun system) for uploading all the documents is between between the the 17 august 2026 (8.a.m.) – 28 august 2026 (11.59 p.m)   so it is advisable to collect all the documents as soon as possible. The following documents must be obtained and uploaded with the request in the neptun system (boot of nessecary date, stamp and signature):
