Research Groups and Research Areas: 

Members of the Department who have earned a PhD degree from the Rácz Károly Doctoral School of Clinical Medicine, Semmelweis University are Dr. Tamás Demeter (2021), Dr. Anna Júlia Dézsi (2023), and Dr. Csilla Erdei (2025). The supervisor of all three doctoral candidates was Prof. Dr. Krisztina Márton, Head of the Department of Preclinical Dentistry.

Dr. Tamás Demeter’s doctoral dissertation was entitled: “Oral Fluid Measurements in Relation to Different Conditions: Denture Adhesives and Smoking”.

Dr. Anna Júlia Dézsi’s doctoral dissertation was entitled: “Epidemiological Investigation of Patients with Xerostomia and the Prevalence of Sjögren’s Syndrome in the Central Hungary Region”.

Dr. Csilla Erdei’s doctoral dissertation was entitled: “Oral Mucosal Human Papillomavirus and Epstein–Barr Virus Rates in Patients with Dry Mouth and/or Sjögren’s Syndrome”.
