Dear PhD Graduates,
The conferral ceremony for doctoral candidates who have earned their PhD degree, along with the formal diploma presentation, will take place on November 26, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the Ceremonial Hall of the Theoretical Building at Nagyvárad Square.
We kindly ask all PhD graduates to indicate whether they will attend the ceremony by completing the following Forms questionnaire:
https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/RKdhjV1zKA?origin=lprLink
Important: only graduating students may register for the event.
Award recipients may register on-site between 8:00 a.m. and 9:15 a.m.
The maximum number of guests that may be invited to the ceremony has been increased to 3 persons. The number of guests can be indicated in the questionnaire. Due to the limited capacity of the award ceremony venue, guests will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. If the ceremony hall reaches its maximum capacity, additional guests will be able to follow the ceremony via live projection in another lecture hall.
If you are unable to attend the event in person, please select the appropriate option in the questionnaire and provide your postal address. The Doctoral Office will send your diploma to the address provided after the ceremony. If you choose this option, you will be able to collect your diploma in person at the Doctoral Office during office hours from December 10 onwards.
