Registration Period in NEPTUN is open until 6 September 2026.
- activate your student status in Neptun, and
- register for the courses you intend to complete.

Please note that enrollment in the Research Work course is mandatory in every semester, including after the comprehensive examination.
This course will be registered for you by the Doctoral Office.
At the end of each semester, your supervisor must evaluate your research work.
Students registering for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th semester are not required to appear in person at the Doctoral Office.
In the case of a passive semester, please submit the appropriate form available on the website to the Doctoral Office.
For self-financed students, a condition of enrollment is the payment of the tuition fee by 30 September 2026.

Please bring the following documents to the in-person enrollment in the opening hours of the Doctoral office:

- Original diploma(s) and language certificate(s), together with photocopies.
- https://semmelweis.hu/phd/en/documents/downloadable-forms-for-students/ your signed student contract (agreement) in two copies.
- Original Certificate of Good Conduct (Criminal Record Certificate).
Please note that the scholarship payment for September will be made together with the October scholarship payment.
