How to apply
The registration and call for abstracts is now open. There is no registration fee for abstract submissions. Participation in Semmelweis PhD Scientific Days is free of charge for selected applicants from the listed EUniWell member universities.
Selected EUniWell participants can receive funding to cover their travel and accommodation costs. The organisers will provide an admission response to all applicants and the selected students will be informed about receiving EUniWell funding by 22 May 2025.
Please note that funded participation at the event has a limited number of spots. Each eligible EUniWell member university has an equal number of seats. If applications exceed capacity, a waiting list may be implemented. In any case, you will be informed whether the applicants are on the main list or on the waiting list.
