During the classes, every muscle group in the body is moved, strengthened, and stretched.

In addition to developing strength and coordination, due attention is paid to maintaining flexibility and conscious use of the body.

We recommend it to those who like their own bodyweight classes, require personal attention, and enjoy varied tasks.
