Information for Students of Semmelweis University about the Clinical Conference 250 courses
SE 250 Clinical Conference has two separate courses for the two days of the event, each of them accreditated for 1 credit/day. For getting a credit you need to register both in the Neptun-system and on the conference webpage.
The Neptun-spots are available in a limited number, in three groups for the Hungarian-English-German language programmes (HU-EN-DE). Please only register in your own programme’s group – cross-registration will automatically be deleted and we can’t accept the credit-demands under any circumstances for cross-registrations. If you have difficulties with Neptun-registration, please find a tutorial here.
If you have already registered on our webpage, but would like to widen the number of sections you have signed up for, please re-register – we will automatically consider the newer registration as the valid one.
DEAR STUDENTS, DUE TO THE DIFFICULTIES WITH THE QR-CODE SYSTEM AND THE MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS, WE DECIDED NOT TO CONTROL YOUR PRESENCE BY QR CODES DURING THE CONFERENCE. YOU CAN PROVE YOUR PRESENCE BY FILLING IN THE TEST WHICH WILL BE AVAILABLE EVERY DAY FROM 18.00 – FOR 24 HOURS ON THE CONFERENCE HOMEPAGE. (SIDE MENU)
The attendance will be checked by a QR-code system (3 modules (plenary or parallel sessions) per day are compulsory – ~75%) and there will be an online test from the sections attended at the end of each day (available from 18.00 for 24 hours), which needs to be successfully passed in order to get the credit for the day. For information about the QR-code system, please click here for Hungarian, and here for English.
Be aware that the conference programme can conflict your normal class schedule. Please calculate with the consequences of your absence under the special circumstances due to the epidemiological situation.
In case of any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by clinicalconference@semmelweis-univ.hu.
We are looking forward to meeting you at our online event!
