Project Description:

Krisztian’s interest is in orthopedics and traumatology and he is working as a resident doctor at the Department of Orthopedics, Semmelweis University. He is currently working on a systematic review and meta-analysis investigating the impact of different factors influencing the accuracy of in vitro Young’s moduli results. His study could help in the prosthesis design in orthopedics. His second project is to summarize in a descriptive study the results of LockDown Surgical Technique in Hungary and make a second meta-analysis comparing the efficacy of LockDown technique to other surgical approaches used in acromioclavicular instabilities. He intends to contact orthopedic surgeons in Hungary who already performed operations with the LockDown technique, for this he will apply for a retrospective national ethical approval.
